What the contact form collects
The form on the Contact page asks for:
- your full name
- your phone number
- your email address
- your message.
All four are required. The form also uses Google reCAPTCHA to help stop spam.
What happens when you send it
Your enquiry is emailed to the pharmacy at [email protected], and a copy is saved in the website's form system so the team can refer back to it.
Please do not send detailed health information, Medicare numbers or prescription details through the form. Call the pharmacy or visit in store instead.
Calling, emailing or visiting
Phone calls, emails and visits go straight to the pharmacy and do not pass through this website. You can reach the team on (02) 9999 1186, at [email protected], or at Shop 3, 1 Kalinya St, Newport NSW 2106.
Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed. It sets first-party cookies in your browser that last about 13 months. The Cookie policy has more detail.
Other services on the website
Pages on this website show a Google Map of the pharmacy's location and load fonts from Google Fonts, and the Contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA. When these load, Google may receive information from your browser or device, such as your IP address. This website does not use advertising, retargeting or social media tracking tags.
